When should I order cake?
The sooner the better! Our signature cakes flavors with our decor cake be ordered directly on our website within 3 business days' notice. For custom cakes we recommend placing your order at least 7 business days in advance. For tiered cakes and wedding cakes we recommend scheduling your cake tasting with us at least 3 months prior to your event date. The order must be finalized and placed a minimum of 21 days prior to the event. If you are past the cut off and we are still able to accommodate your order, a rush fee may apply.
What cake size should I order?
Please visit our menu page for our serving sizes. Please keep in mind that our serving sizes are based on a standard single slice per guest. If you love our products like we do, we recommend sizing up!
Can you accommodate allergies?
While we offer cakes and pastries that do not contain common allergens like nuts or gluten, we are not an allergen-free bakery and cannot guarantee there will be no cross-contamination. We currently offer egg free, sugar free, nut free, gluten free, and vegan cake options. Please keep in mind we can only accommodate one dietary restriction.
Do I need to keep my cake refrigerated?
Yes. All of our cakes are made without any additional preservatives or additives. We recommend removing the cake from the refrigerator 1-2 hours prior to serving.
I need a cake for today!
We have a selection of 6", 8", and 10" cakes at our store locations. We are happy to add writing for you in store as well for an additional charge.
Pick-up/delivery questions
I am running late; can I pick up my order after my scheduled pick-up time?
Yes, that is not a problem! Please make sure to pick up your order before our store location closes.
I am early, can I pick up my order before my scheduled pick-up time?
Your order will be ready at the scheduled pick-up time. If you are early, we may have the product ready but it is not guaranteed.
Can someone else pick up my order/cake for me?
Yes, the individual you send for pick up needs to know the location and the name the order is under for pick-up purposes. Please note, if there is any issue or damage with the order the bakery is not responsible once the product leaves our facility.
Do you deliver - if so, how far?
We deliver to all over the Chicago land area for an additional charge. We also deliver to parts of Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan depending on availability.
Do you ship?
We unfortunately do not ship any products at this time.
